Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Easycom Japan Philippines Inc. ("Easycom", "we", "us"), which provides the Seekeaze app and the service behind it (together, "Seekeaze"). By creating an account or using Seekeaze, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Seekeaze.

1. Who can use Seekeaze

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and contact us at app_admin@easycom-intl.com.

3. What Seekeaze does

Seekeaze lets you:

• record the things in your home and where they are kept, with photos, quantities, categories and expiry dates;
• search for an item and find where it is;
• keep shopping lists and receive reminders, for example when an item is running low or about to expire;
• with Premium, share a place and the items in it with people in your household by a share code or QR code.

We may add, change or remove features. When a change removes something you pay for, Section 6 applies.

4. Your content

The items, places, photos, notes and lists you add ("your content") remain yours.

You give us permission to store, copy, process and display your content only to provide Seekeaze to you and to the people you choose to share with. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it. This permission ends when your content is deleted.

You must not add content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that contains viruses or other harmful code. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.

5. Sharing a place

When you share a place, everyone who uses your share code can see that place, its photo and the items in it. They keep that access until you remove them or stop sharing the place (the place's Shared with screen). Share codes only with people you trust with that information. You are responsible for what you choose to share. If you delete your account, places you shared stop being available to the people you shared them with.

6. Free plan, Premium and payment

• Seekeaze has a free plan with limits shown in the app, and an optional Premium subscription.
• Premium is bought and billed through Google Play. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown before you buy. Google Play processes the payment; we never receive your card or bank details.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies. Nothing in these Terms takes away any right you have under the law.
• If your Premium ends, items and places above the free-plan limit may be hidden. They are not deleted, and they come back if you subscribe again.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first.
• If we change the Premium price, we will tell you before the change applies to you, and Google Play will ask for your agreement where its rules require.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Seekeaze for anything unlawful;
• try to get into another person's account or data, or test, probe or attack our systems;
• copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it;
• use automated means to access Seekeaze in a way that burdens or disrupts it.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account. Your account is closed straight away. If you sign in within 2 days, the deletion is cancelled. After that, your account and everything in it are permanently deleted. Our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and when, and how to ask for deletion without the app.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if we must do so by law. Where we can, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to respond. If we close your account, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may stop providing Seekeaze. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email, so you can stop using it, and we will deal with any Premium period you have already paid for according to Google Play's rules.

10. Liability

We work to keep Seekeaze available and your data safe, but we provide Seekeaze "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of or damage to the physical items you record in Seekeaze. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including your rights as a consumer.

Seekeaze helps you keep track of your belongings. It is not insurance and not proof of ownership.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Seekeaze after that date, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be decided by the courts of Makati City, Philippines, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
